What is The Power Receipt Method™?
The Power Receipt Method™ is a structured methodology for reclaiming the power that has been quietly leaving your life — not in obvious, dramatic ways, but in the micro-decisions, repeated accommodations and normalised patterns that accumulate over time until what feels like “just how you are” is actually an operating system you never consciously chose.
It is built on the R.E.C.L.A.I.M™ Framework — a seven-stage, sequenced arc of transformation that moves from the first honest moment of recognition all the way to full embodiment of your reclaimed self. It is not a mindset program. It is not a healing journey with no defined destination. It is a precise, structured process with a specific and permanent outcome.

How is this different from therapy?
Therapy is valuable. This is not a replacement for it and does not position itself as one. What therapy and The Power Receipt Method™ do differently is this — therapy predominantly works at the level of understanding. Why the pattern developed. Where it came from. What it means.
The Power Receipt Method™ works at the level of interruption and replacement. Is this based on any clinical or research frameworks?
The R.E.C.L.A.I.M™ Framework draws on principles from cognitive behavioural approaches, somatic awareness, attachment theory, identity reconstruction research and behavioural psychology — translated into an accessible, embodied experience that meets women exactly where they are without requiring a clinical setting to deliver results.
It is rigorous in its structure and deeply human in its delivery. Both things at once.
What is the difference between The Noticing and The Awakening?
The Noticing is the seven-day program. It is the honest, structured beginning of your reclamation — a complete, high-impact arc through the core of the R.E.C.L.A.I.M™ Framework designed for the woman who knows something needs to shift and needs it to start now. It is not a taster or a preview. It is a genuine transformation in a concentrated format that will leave you with something permanently different by day seven.
The Awakening is the twenty-eight day program. It is the full reclamation — every stage of the R.E.C.L.A.I.M™ Framework given the time, space and depth it actually requires to work. For the woman who is done with temporary breakthroughs and ready to move her baseline permanently.
Both programs are built on the same methodology and the same depth of care. The difference is in scope, duration and depth of immersion.
Which program is right for me?
If you are new to this work, or you want to experience the methodology before committing to the full twenty-eight days — begin with The Noticing. Seven days is enough to feel a real shift, gain the language and the framework, and know with certainty whether you are ready to go all the way.
If you have already been circling this for a while, if you have done the therapy and the inner work and you know the pattern intimately but it hasn’t fully shifted — The Awakening is where you belong. This is the program for the woman who is ready to go all the way in, on herself, without shortcut.
If you genuinely cannot decide — trust the one that made your stomach drop slightly when you read it. That is usually the right answer.
What does each day inside the programs actually look like?
Each day is structured, intentional and designed to deliver something immediate — not just content to consume, but a shift to feel in real time. You will move through guided content, reflection practices and specific frameworks aligned to the stage of R.E.C.L.A.I.M™ you are working within that day.
The work is deep but it is designed to integrate into your real life — not require you to pause it. Most women find they need between thirty minutes and one hour per day to engage fully.
Will this work if I am going through perimenopause or menopause?
Yes. And this is worth addressing directly.
Perimenopause and menopause are real. The hormonal shifts are real. The way they affect your cognition, your mood, your energy and your sense of self is completely valid and should never be minimised.
And the pattern underneath those shifts — the operating system of behaviours, habits and identity-level agreements that has been running your life — is separate from the hormones. It existed before they shifted. It will exist after they stabilise. The Power Receipt Method™ addresses that layer. The one underneath the diagnosis, underneath the circumstance, underneath every external explanation that is real but not the whole story.

Will this work if I am currently in or just leaving a difficult relationship?
Yes. In fact this is one of the most important times to do this work.
A difficult relationship — or the ending of one — is often the moment a woman first becomes aware that a pattern has been running. The relationship made it visible. But the pattern predates it. And without addressing the operating system underneath, the pattern will attach itself to the next chapter the same way it attached to this one.
This program does not require you to be fully healed or fully out to begin. It requires you to be honest and ready. If you are both of those things — you are ready.
I have tried programs like this before and they didn’t work. Why would this be different?
