The Methodology

The R.E.C.L.A.I.M Framework

Most women who find their way here aren’t broken. They’re just running on an old version of themselves — one that was built for a life they’ve long since outgrown.

The R.E.C.L.A.I.M™ Framework is the structured methodology at the heart of every program in this space. Seven stages. A deliberate sequence. A complete arc from the first flicker of awareness all the way to a life lived as your fully reclaimed self.

It draws on principles from cognitive-behavioural approaches, somatic healing, identity theory and behavioural psychology — translated into an experience that is as rigorous as it is real. Each stage has a specific role in the transformation. None can be bypassed. All of them matter.

R — Recognise

This is where it starts. Not with a breakdown. Not with a crisis. With a quiet, accumulating honesty about what you have lost, abandoned or dimmed over time — about the version of yourself who has been running on autopilot, or cycling through the same patterns on repeat. You cannot reclaim what you haven’t named. Recognition is the act of finally turning toward the truth.

E — Eliminate

Reclamation is not just about adding more. It requires deliberate removal — of the old stories that kept you small, the shame that was never yours to carry, the external pressures and inherited identities that have been quietly running your life. This stage breaks the cycle at its root. The belief that “I am not enough” does not survive contact with this work.

C — Claim

This is the turning point — the moment the internal shift becomes a declaration. Claiming is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to who you always were, with full ownership of your voice, your desires, your decisions. No apology. No permission required.

L — Liberate

Genuine freedom is not just a mindset shift. The body holds what the mind has been through — in posture, in tension, in the subtle weight of stress carried daily. This stage works at the level of body, mind and energy simultaneously, because the mind heals only when the body is allowed to follow. Liberation is the release of everything that has been holding you in place without your consent.

A — Align

Insight without alignment is just information. This stage is where your inner transformation meets your outer world — where morning routines, your environment, your energy and your daily choices are redesigned to match the woman you are becoming. Lasting change doesn’t happen in a single breakthrough. It happens in the habits you build after it.

I — Integrate

This is where everything becomes your life. Integrate is the stage where reflection becomes daily practice, where small actions compound into a new way of being, and where the risk of returning to old patterns dissolves — not through force, but because the new way has become natural. This is how transformation sticks.

M — Mastery

Not perfection. Not performance. Full embodiment. Mastery is the place where your power stops being something you access and becomes something you simply are — visible in how you live, how you speak, how you carry yourself when no one is watching. This is not the end of the journey. It is who you become when the journey has done its work.

This is the framework that doesn’t let you skip the hard parts — because the hard parts are exactly where the power lives.

About The Creator

I spent years being the person everyone could count on — and quietly losing myself in the process.

Not all at once. In small moments. In yeses I didn’t mean. In needs I stopped naming. In a version of myself I barely recognised anymore.

That’s where this work came from. Not from a theory. From lived experience — and a decision to stop giving myself away.

I’m Skye. I created What You Took Back™ for the woman who’s done performing and ready to come back to herself.
